The Site.

At Market and Valencia, we are taking an unused plot with front and rear access to insert our programme. Our design is for an expanded branch of the Wattis Art Institute in the City that can combine its former Capp Street Artist Residency programme into the building. Galleries, living spaces, theatres and studios are to be incorporated.
