Travel Journal from India and the Middle East

To celebrate the end of architecture school, I went on a 6 week trip around Northern India and the United Arab Emirates.  Here are a few sketches that I did while on this trip.

Narinder Ji - Mr. Narinder Singh, a former government worker, voluntarily showed us around Chandigarh.  A consumate gentleman, he showed us sights in this architectural gem of a city that we could never have gained access to.

Pilgrims to Lord Shiva.  Thousands of men were walking barefoot for up to 500 miles returning from  Haridwar and Rishikesh carrying nothing but the clothes they were wearing and these wood and cloth altars.
